Included in the Geyser Instant Hot Water tap system is a filter which inhibits the build-up of limescale in the heating unit to ensure it performs at the optimum level.
All our Instant Hot Water Taps need to have the filter cartridge changed every 6 months. This is extremely important to keep the unit working at its optimum and to protect the heating unit under the terms of the product warranty.
You must register your product with us and we’ll send you a regular, necessary reminder. It’s important that you change your filter every 6 months for the warranty to remain valid.
